PR sizes include 6’, 6’6”, & 7’ standard widths and 6’, 8’, 10’, & 12’ standard lengths. Other lengths may be available on request. Standard capacities for the PR Series are 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, 50K, 60K, 80K, and 120K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).
In-Line Velocity Fuse
Dock leveler free fall protection is built into the main lifting cylinder and can never be removed. Far safer than standard inline velocity fuse protection.
Fluid Logic Block
The Fluid Logic Block mechanically controls the flow of hydraulic fluid from the main lifting cylinder to the lip cylinder, this method is far more reliable than standard coil and shuttle valve style flow diversion.
Maintenance Check Plate in Deck
The PR's maintenance check plate allows for preventive maintenance to take place from above dock saving manpower and money.
Deck Mounted Pump and Motor
The PR leveler pump and motor are mounted to the leveler deck making cleaning easier.
Recessing Lip Cylinder
The lip cylinder recesses away from the lip after the leveler has rested on the back of the truck preventing wear on the seals.
Folding and Locking Toe Guards
PR levelers utilize folding and locking toe guards. Much stronger and longer lasting than standard sliding style toe guards.
